Classes Offered
Tumble With Me!
This class is for our youngest students ages 1-3 & are NOT potty trained. It is a parent/child class where the parent is the one to help their child take part in class. Each week will offer a different theme for your child to explore the gym, practice motor skills, preschool, social & tumbling skills.
**Please note all students are required to purchase the AAU Insurance, but there is not an annual class registration fee for the Tumble With Me students, your child does not need leather practice shoes & there is no fundraiser requirement for students in this class.
Power Tumbling Class
All power tumbling classes will focus on tumbling skills from the power tumbling perspective. This class is for students ages 3 & Older who are potty trained &
ready for an independent class away from their parent. Your child will learn the basic foundational lower level skills and progress to walkovers, back handsprings, somis & multiple no handed somis.
**Leather practice shoes are required**
Trampoline & Double Mini Class
These classes are offered to students who are 5 & starting Kindergarten in September of the current season. Your child will learn the proper & safe way to jump trampoline starting with the basic jumps, different body contact skills, front somis, back somis & twisting skills.
All trampoline classes are structured & set up to train trampoline, it is not playtime.
**Leather practice shoes are required
Power Tumbling & Trampoline Competition Classes
Our Competition team for power tumbling & trampoline is open to all students of all skill ability who would like to join the competition team who are ages 4 & up for the tumbling event and ages 5 & up for the trampoline events (younger students will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
Joining the competition team does require a commitment for the entire season & your child will have an additional team class for the events they will be competing.
**A 2nd pair of leather practice shoes are required to be taken home for competitions
for those competing the trampoline events.
Conditioning Class
Conditioning class is open to all students who are ages 7 & Up.
This class is required for our competition kids who are 7 & Up.
Flexibility Class
Flexibility class is open to all students ages 7 & Up. The class focuses
on working on split, back & shoulder flexibility.
This class is required for our competition kids who are at the Advanced Beginner Level in tumbling.
Power/Technique Trampoline Class
This class is only open to our competition kids who are in ages 7 & Older. It is required for competition kids who are 8 & up. We focus on the basics of jumping, working for more tightness, power & height.
Handstand/Roundoff Tumbling Class
This class is only open to our competition kids who in the Tumbling Level 5 & 6 class. We focus on roundoff drills & handstand work.
Open Gyms
Open Gyms are offered during the year on select Friday nights to all members of Elite Power Tumbling & Trampoline who in 1st grade or higher.

To promote unity within our gym, during classes both the recreation
athletes & competitive athletes practice together.
The competition team athletes have an additional team class where the competition athletes are practicing only the passes & routines they will be competing at the competitions.
*Please note that our competition team is open to ALL athletes of ALL ages & ALL skill ability. There is not a tryout to be on the competition team.

Flexibility Class
This class is open to all students who want to work on their flexibility. The main focus is working on the forward split on each side. The class can be tailored to fit the athlete's needs.

Power Class
TR/DM - This class is only open to competitive trampoline/double mini & single mini athletes ages 7 & Up. This class goes back to the basics of jumping. Focusing on core control, overall tightness, jumping arm technique & explosive power.
TU - This class is only open to the tumbling level 5 & 6 class. This class focuses on handstand drills, back handspring shaping & roundoff drills for more powerful entry into tumbling passes.
